How we use and protect your data
The information you supply is being collected so we can inform you of the available support from the East Suffolk Community Help Hub such as support on the cost of living or accessing services to meet your needs. By completing this form, you consent to us using your information in this way. If you do not provide your consent, we won't be able to tell you about support that might benefit you.
Under data protection law, we need your consent to create a record of your personal information on our customer contact database so that we can provide you with council services.
Your information will not be used for any other purpose unless we obtain your consent. Depending on what support you might need, we may share your information with organisations such as Citizens Advice East Suffolk, Access Community Trust and social prescribers so they can provide you with further support. Your information will only be shared with other organisations with your explicit consent.
Your information will be retained for 6 years to enable us to offer continued support. You can request that your information is deleted at any time.
Data will be processed and held securely and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and any updates).
