The information you provide is being collected in accordance the Planning Act 2008 and further supported and enforceable by the Development Consent Order (DCO) and a Deed of Obligation for Sizewell C and will be used to investigate your complaint.
Your information will be shared with other teams within East Suffolk Council such as Environmental Protection in relation to noise complaints or Communities in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour. We will also share with external organisations such as Sizewell C and the Police as applicable to support the resolution of your complaint.
